This is one of my favorite web development projects. Built as a campaign site for IER, the task was to make something interesting and interactive to engage users. I was given liberties to figure out the animations for each of the scenes. All animations are done with CSS transitions and Jquery. Behind the main scene layer is a background. As you scroll through the scenes, you can see the background showing through the foreground creating a masking effect. My favorite scene is the nuclear power plant with realistic steam coming from the top of the plant towers.
